Returns Policy

60 Day Return Policy
All items returned must be in brand new, unused condition in original packaging. The item must not show any signs of use or be marked. 

HOW do customers return items?
Please contact us to arrange a return, if your item is unused and in new condition, please feel free to post the item back without contacting us. Please include your original invoice with a note requesting refund/exchange/credit.


For warranty we will arrange shipping
For change of mind or wrong size purchase please use original packinging if possible and post back to address on your invoice

SHIPPING for returns?
Warranty items will be covered for shipping (please contact us to arrange)
Change of mind or wrong size (customer to arrange shipping), we recommend Australia Post or Sendle.com.au

  • A $10 fee to cover original shipping and re-stocking will apply. (You will be refunded your full amount minus $10 fee) 

  • $10 fee waived if you choose a credit for your return.
