Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Shipping (conditions apply) Some Bulky items and remote destinations not inlcuded.

Bulky items eg. Electric Scooters, Electric Skateboards do not qualify.

Boardstore will select the best available shipping option to deliver your item.

• Items weighing less than 500g will be shipped via eParcel with a signature required.
• All other items will be shipped using a variety of reliable shipping methods.
• Most deliveries to single dwellings (houses) will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL).
• For apartments, units, and similar addresses, we will make every effort to ship with signature on delivery.
  
  Please note: If your item is stolen after delivery, it will be your responsibility.
  You may be eligible to submit an insurance claim through your credit card or home insurance.

PO BOX, LPO, Parcel collect only Australia post can be used and any item over 105cm cannot be shipped to these locations

Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimates provided by our courier network and apply once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Metro / Major Cities    2 – 5 Business Days
Regional Areas    3 – 7 Business Days
Remote & WA / NT    5 – 10 Business Days
International    7 – 15 Business Days

Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your package is delayed or suspected to be lost in transit, please reach out to our team. We will immediately lodge an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Please note that resolutions—such as a replacement item or a refund—can only be processed once the courier completes their investigation and officially confirms the package as lost.

Handling
Most orders will be dispatched same day or next business day. Please allow up to three business days for some items to be collated from our stores to dispatched from our central warehouse.

We are currently not shipping to the USA due to some guy imposing tariffs.
We ship to most countries, we have a flat rate setup, if shipping is much more we will contact with options. Please contact us with any international inquiries, we are happy to manaully assisst with international orders.
